VertexLyn runs entirely on AWS, with data stored in Singapore (ap-southeast-1) by default. Every patient image and record is encrypted, both at rest and in transit.
No — it's entirely browser-based. Clinics use VertexLyn from any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or phone, with nothing to install.
It reads visual features in the clinical photo and returns structured findings with a confidence level attached to each one. It's built to support a clinician's judgement, not replace it.
It stays tied to the subscribing clinic. We don't use patient images or clinical data to train models without explicit consent, and retention and deletion rules are configurable per clinic.
